The objective was to generate high-quality seller leads for a real estate agent in Laval through a highly localized Facebook Ads campaign. The campaign had to resonate across language groups, be mobile-first, and qualify leads efficiently with minimal friction.

We created a visually compelling set of multilingual ad creatives, supported by a simple landing flow with lead forms. Audience targeting included recent homeowners, real estate interest groups, and demographic filters across Laval and North Shore.

Impact and Results:

The campaign delivered over 100 leads in the first month with a 3.8x ROAS. CPL was 40% lower than the market average. The form completion rate was 72%, and over 60% of leads requested a home valuation. The funnel proved both cost-effective and scalable.
